01Challenge
What we were asked to solve.
Brands running ads to DMs need fast automated responses, but ManyChat's monthly cost compounds across multiple accounts and its workflow builder is constrained for non-standard funnels.
02Approach
How the studio took it on.
TypeScript backend with Socket.IO for real-time updates, the Instagram Messaging API for the actual conversations, and a flow engine that supports branching, timed nudges, and CRM hand-offs. Self-hostable; each brand runs its own instance.
03Outcome
What shipped, and what changed.
Shipped to brands running multi-account funnels. Reduced per-account automation cost while giving the brand full control over flow logic.
