01Challenge

What we were asked to solve.

Running multiple Shorts channels manually doesn't scale past one or two. The bottleneck isn't ideas or editing — it's the orchestration of dozens of small steps per video across many channels, each with its own niche, schedule, and tone.

02Approach

How the studio took it on.

TypeScript orchestrator that runs the full pipeline per channel: trend discovery, script with channel-specific prompts, voice synthesis, FFmpeg assembly with brand templates, then publishing through the YouTube API. Each channel has its own config; the engine is shared.

03Outcome

What shipped, and what changed.

Ten channels live at peak, ~940 videos/month at steady state. Per-video human review takes under a minute.
