ERP & Business · 2025
An end-to-end production ERP for a schiffli embroidery manufacturer. Tracks paper stock, mill batches, job-work assignments, and GST invoicing from a single multi-role interface. Running daily in production since 2025.
Case study
The client's manufacturing process spanned four physical locations, three suppliers, and a dozen karigars on job-work — all coordinated by phone calls and a shared Excel file. Reconciling stock against invoices took two people a full day every week, and disputed job-work bills were a recurring source of friction.
Built around Next.js 16 + React 19 with Drizzle ORM over Postgres, and Better Auth for role-aware sessions. Paper stock, mill batching, and job-work get first-class data models with state machines — a job-work card moves from issued to in-progress to received to invoiced, and the same record drives the GST invoice. We added audit trails on every mutation so disputed entries can be reconstructed without guesswork.
Live in production. Weekly reconciliation dropped from 8 person-hours to under 30 minutes. The owner runs the daily standup off a single dashboard instead of three spreadsheets.
